The Maternitainer for Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care is designed to provide a safe and clean environment where women can give birth in a private sphere. The facility provides hygiene, auditory and visual privacy, and the availability of basic instruments and medicines for the treatment of obstetric emergencies. The Maternitainer is not only suitable as a delivery unit but also for (gynecological) examinations and as a treatment place for survivors of GBV. Equipment and consumables for assistance for 300 deliveries and treatment of 200 victims of GBV are included as standard. The unit is a turn-key solution including all utilities, such as a generator and water tanks.

We deliver containers on a customized chassis/truck for the mobile provision of care, or as static solutions to be positioned in the ground. The facility is build in a 20ft ISO shipping container.
